Project 03: Customer Churn Analysis

This project focuses on identifying customers likely to stop using a company’s services. Using a telecom or subscription-based business dataset, you’ll perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and apply statistical methods to find key churn drivers such as contract type, payment methods, and service usage.
You can use Python (Pandas, NumPy, Seaborn) or SQL to query and manipulate the data, then visualize retention trends using Tableau or Power BI.
